Susie E Rosman

Susie E. Rosman, 96, of Strum, WI died Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Crystal Lake Manor in Strum.\nShe was born on October 15, 1911 in Modena, WI to Joseph and Ella (Erickson) Johnson. On September 22, 1932 she married Vern Rosman in Modena. Susie and Vern farmed in the town of Albion for 23 years. For many years Susie also worked at the Eleva Cafe. In 1978 Susie and Vern moved from Eleva to Strum.\nShe was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Strum and it's ladies organizations and of the Hamlin Homemakers. Susie was "grandma" to everyone. She always had the coffee pot on and snacks ready for everyone.\nShe is survived by a daughter in law, Ruth Rosman of Strum, WI; six grandchildren, Dawn Crandall of Weston, WI, Michael (Nancy) Rosman of Forest Lake, MN, LaVerne (Denise) Rosman of Hartland, WI, David (Kayleen) Rosman of Fairchild, WI, Linda (Timothy) Braun of Elkhorn, WI and Mark (Amy) Rosman of Osseo, WI; thirteen great grandchildren, Joshua and Joseph Crandall, Adam and Paul Rosman, Amanda and Kayla Rosman, Aaron, Savanna and Chad Rosman, Danielle and Nicholas Braun and Madyson and Zachary Rosman; one great great grandchild, Caden Rosman; and other relatives.\nSusie was preceded in death by her husband, Vern; her son, Jerome Rosman; a grandson in law, Jon Crandall and several siblings.
