Orville "Orv" Eugene Mikkelson, 80 of Albany Township passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his residence with his family by his side. Orv was born November 14, 1939 in Fargo, North Dakota the son of Helen (Wiebe) and Olaf Mikkelson.
Orv owned and operated Mikkelson Towing and Amazon Trucking Company for many years in Eau Claire. He was an avid racing fan and driver. Orv loved spending time with his family and having coffee and sweets with them.
Orville is survived by Connie Mikkelson, Julie (Tig) Hanvold, Anthony Hanvold, Tali Kempf, Serena Larson, brother-in-law Tom (Annette Forthun) Benning, sisters, Dorothy (James) Fankki, Marge Fiene, Lillian (Stanley) Folz, Mary Jo Kast and many other relatives and friends. He will be missed by his special cat "Timmy." He is preceded in death by his parents, children; Gregory Dean & Kelly Ann.
