Eugene Wilbur Jack, age 62, passed away August 11, 2014 at his home in Cornell, WI. He was born September 13, 1951 in Milwaukee, WI to Wilbur Eugene Jack and Jeanne Adele (Allington) Jack.
Eugene lived in Union Grove, Milwaukee, and Chippewa Falls, WI before moving to the Swanson Adult Family Home in Cornell in May 2004. Eugene could light up the room with his smile. His favorite things in life were watching nature shows, especially fish; dancing the polka; and the attention he received from the grandkids, Alyssa, Erica, Brynna and Macie. His love for ice cream will be remembered as we honor him with an ice cream social at a later date.
Eugene was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur. He is survived by his mother, Jeanne, and two sisters, Larelle and Rozelle; along with his many friends, supportive family and caregivers.
