Carl Patzner Obituary
Carl A. Patzner Jr., 85 of Mondovi, WI passed away on Thursday April 14, 2016 at the American Lutheran Home in Mondovi. He was born on April 2, 1931 in Buffalo County, WI son of the late Carl Sr. and Ida (Wolfe) Patzner.
Carl married Marie Cole on September 26, 1957 in Lewiston, MN.
He farmed for a number of years in Independence, WI and worked at St. Mary's College in Winona. Carl loved his family and spending time with them.
Carl is survived by his children; Delrose (Gene) Patzner-Hansen of Taylor, WI, James (Sheila) Patzner of Riceville, IA, Andrew (Kathy) Patzner of Stillwater, MN, Charles (Jennifer) Patzner of Portland, OR, Jeremias Patzner of Sparta, WI, and Darrel (Kilah) Patzner of New Richmond, WI. 15 grand-children, 4 great-grand-children, and his Sister Rita Patzner of Rochester, MN.
He is preceded in death by his wife Marie, a son Alfred, his parents, 2 brothers and 7 sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Mondovi at 11:00AM, with Father Bosco officiating.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM, at Kjentvet-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Mondovi with a scripture wake at 6:30PM. Friends may also call the church on Tuesday from 10:00AM till the time of Mass at 11:00AM.
